Searching for the right cat (OPEN)

Post by Longstorm on Wed Dec 21, 2011 12:31 am

Raven, a white and pale calico she-cat of Cityclan - not to mention a Council member - was out of her element, yet she was in it.
She and another cat (and Council member) of Cityclan had ventured out of the City to search for a cat who knew not of the ways of all the Clans - and as far as Raven knew, there was many a Clan and group surrounding the City, the the East and North and South, so this would be a complicated task.
And while being in the forest compared to the City was so odd after so long, Raven was okay with it. She had been born and partly raised as a rogue in her early days, her father teaching her to hunt and run and fight - then her Cityclan mother came and retrieved her.
Now she was back.
It's like nothing's changed.

Flight, on the other paw, was different about the forest. While he was insane about Abyssclan and the surrounding forests and was all gung-ho for the negations and prey-sharing and hunting - it was all in theory.
He'd never actually been to the forest.
Now he was padding as lightly as cat-ly possible, jumping at every strange noise.
Raven had told him to shut up on many occasions.

So, here they both were, just padding along...

After a long time of walking, Raven sighed. "Maybe there aren't any cats in this forest - maybe the twolegs scared them off."
Flight nodded, his weary paws agreeing. "Yeah - feral cats don't like living near twoleg things... maybe if we went further out?"

OOC: Continued here: Closer to Tawnyclan

Rain was wandering through his part of the forest enjoying the nice weather when he heard something. He wandered over to the noise , and peered through the bushes there were two cats there! "What are they doing here." he thought to himself.
