Does anyone know what ezzies problem is? I still don't why she banned me....

Oh good, I was going to make a new topic but the name seems legit for what I'm about to announce.

I have warned you on many occasions that bullying, language and not sticking to site rules will get you banned, Oak. You seem to think that even you are safe from mine and LS's watchful eyes even in a different site. However, what has really got you in trouble this time is that you have attacked verbally one of my trusted friends. Not only is this against the rules but it is destroying my hesitance to ban you for a last time. Do not think that you will not be caught simply because its a private message.

You have been warned so many times that other users may have thought it was unfair that you haven't been punished. You have been banned on the same lines before but came back saying you had bettered yourself.
This is my judgement.
You have allegedly found personal information about people and used it against them.
You have allegedly gone onto a co-admins account and accessed admin panel.
You have verbally abused members of the site on several accounts.
You have on separate accounts harassed members of the site.
You have ignores instructions to use the site for its created purpose, Role Play.
You have used the banned swearing words against members.
You have failed to keep peace on your side.
You have failed my judgement.

I can say that for a while of your return you have bettered yourself but have reverted to your contemptuous self. A self me and Longstorm find a threat to the site.
You have one more post to be allowed under this post to say your 'good-byes' and acknowledge your apology to members of the site you have hurt in the past.
Your account will be deleted by the end of the day. I suggest you make a leave with graciousness and not be remembered as a sour person, incapable of remorse over petty actions.
I'll miss the drama your presence brings to the site.

I didn't do any of that I don't have several accounts, I never logged onto a co-admin's account. I don't know what your talking about. Ezzie called me a hacker but I didn't hack anybody I swear.

I have a question: How do you know that Oak hacked the site? I'm not taking sides here, but we should let Oak have a chance to prove himself.

Innocent until proven guilty. There's too many allegedly's in there, so maybe it was somebody else. It could have been me, for all you know. I say this now- Kick him, Kick me. We're family here, and I'm not leaving anybody behind.

We know for a fact that he's been harassing Ezzie and verbally bullying her here via PM - I've logged into his account.
That's more than enough to get anyone booted. What happened on Warriors of the Sun is Ezzie's and Oak's business there.

So you have access into his account. So he's been harassing Ezzie. You know, if harassment is a crime, we'd all be thrown in jail. I know Oak can stop, and a ban isn't the way. The threat of a ban is one thing, but total deletion is futile, especially because there's ways around every ban possible. I could be deleted right here and now, and I could still get on. Theres no way he's going to be held back.

Regardless; Oak broke the rules.
Unforgiven, if you feel as though it's unjustified then you're free to join him in leaving. If that's what you want then I'm bound by law to delete your account, if you wish it. (Seriously; I'm not allowed to leave an account up if the member doesn't want it.)

Fine. He bullied somebody, and he broke a rule. I understand that. What I don't understand is where a full ban comes into this. Seriously, I broke a rule on another site, I got banned for a month. I never broke another rule on there again. It's like a time-out. I personally think it's very effective, instead of flat-out deleting the account.

Oak has a record. Through three accounts, if memory serves.
If he somehow finds a way back and we feel differently then - well, we'll see, won't we?
For now, though, he'll be gone. That's just the way it's going to be.

HOLY- Never mind. If his record is that bad, the ban becomes worse, I suppose. If you really believe it to be tha bad, do what you must. It's obvious I can't change your mind.

I just hope everyone else sees it that way.

Question:
Why the hell is there still conflict even though the thought is placed and the punishment is already public?
I may have not heard who he hacked, what his other accounts are, or possibly even what's Ezzie's side of the story is. All I know in remorse is that he has done crucial things, he's been punished before, he's been banned, he's been deleted. The list may not go any farther then that, But we all know how he acts now, and if some of us don't stop it, it'll never end.
Sorry guys/gals, I'm on Loki and LS's side. If there is a problem, it should be dubbed immediately.
